Ingredients

  1. 300 gChicken breast
  2. TbspOlive oil
  3. 1 Tbspgarlic powder
  4. 1 Tbsporegano
  5. 1 Tbspcumin
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. 20 glight butter
  8. 1minced garlic
  9. 1 Tbsptomato paste
  10. 1/2Chopped Onion
  11. 150 mlMilk
  12. 60 glow fat cream cheese
  13. Chopped spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the chicken and mix with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, cumin and chilli flakes.

  2. 2

    Cook 10 mims at high heat the rest of the ingredients.

  3. 3

    In another pan add the test of the ingredients, low heat 2-3 mins.

  4. 4

    Add the cocked chicken and macaroni to the mix.
