  1. 7 ozcream cheese
  2. 2 ozmarshmallows
  3. 1/2 cupmilk (or soy milk)
  4. 8-10Oreos (or your favorite cookies)
  5. 1 teaspoonlemon juice (reduce milk by 1 teaspoon if adding lemon juice) Optional

Cooking Instructions

    Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and soften it with a spoon.

    Place the milk and marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave for 50 seconds, then mix well to dissolve the marshmallows.

    Add the mixture from step 2 to the cream cheese and mix well. Once smooth, break the Oreos into pieces and fold them in gently.

    Pour the mixture into a gratin dish or ramekins, and chill in the refrigerator for half a day. Since the mixture is soft, scoop individual servings.
