Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cupcornstarch
  3. 3eggs
  4. 80 gsugar (about 1/3 cup)
  5. 2 tablespoonsmilk
  6. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  7. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 1/2 cupheavy whipping cream
  10. 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  11. 150 mlsweetened condensed milk
  12. 150 mlevaporated milk
  13. 150 mlwhole milk
  14. 100 gshredded coconut (about 1 cup)

    Beat the egg whites with the sugar until they are firm and double in size.

    Once it looks like firm foam, add the vanilla, milk, and oil, and beat. Gradually fold in the flour and salt.

    Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan, and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
