1bitter melon,slice it
1 packfish date
1thumb size ginger,slice
Five.pieces garlic,mash it
Halfcup water
2 tbspcooking oil

Heat the wok,then.pour cooking oil.

Sautee ginger and garlic,until aromatic.
3

Then add slice bitter melon mix it and simmer a while.

Then add in fish date and add water.Mix and simmer until bitter melon are done.
