Bread made with butter is so delicious, but butter is expensive. I thought that I might be able to make bread using vegetable oil, so I tried, and it was pretty good I think this bread is good enough for your everyday bread.You could also use vegetable oil, but I recommend canola oil.You could just use more milk to replace the heavy cream.To make savory bread, half the sugar for 6-7 bread rolls. Breakfast of rainy season

Crusty on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. This recipe will make 1 large loaf, 2 medium and 4 to 5 small. I have also rolled them into balls for rolls. I use the mini loaves as a hearty bun for meatball subs and philly cheese steak sandwiches 😊

this is a delicious pumpkin bread pudding, I make this dish when we don't want to have pumpkin pie, but they want pumpkin so this worked out very nicely.

This is a great bread. It is good toasted. It took about 4 hours to make.

＊They made this bread at the bakery I used to work at when I was in school. It's a long time ago, but I changed the filling and uploaded this recipe.＊I tried topping the bread with homemade mini-burgers that I'd made for bentos, and they were delicious and cute too. So I made the recipe very easy by using storebought frozen burgers.＊You can use homemade burgers of course, or any filling you like.＊If you are using homemade burgers, make sure they aren't too thick. I had some heavy cream left over so I used it in bread. You can freeze bread so the heavy cream doesn't go to waste.Either line the pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.Of course you can knead by hand or use a bread maker! It's a very stretchy dough, so for the first rise if it expands to about 1.5 times it's original size, it's good to go. Recipe by Yukibomu
