  1. 1 cupfanas flower
  2. 2 tbspAmranth flour (rajgira)
  3. 1/4 cupsoaked sabudana
  4. 1 tablespoonbarniyad milets flour
  5. 1 tablespooncrushed green chill ginger
  6. 2 tbspcrushed peanuts
  7. 1/4 tbspred chill powder
  8. 1/4 tbspcumin powder
  9. 1/2chopped raw mango
  10. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  11. 1/4 tbspsugar

    Wash fanas flowers and add some salt,and coat it because it will be black colour.in mixer jar add chopped raw mango,neer phanas flower,green chill and soaked sabudana and blend it roughly.

    In medium size bowl add this mixture,add boiled potatoes,amaranth flour,bhagar flour,cumin powder and salt,mix it nicely,make them tikkis shape.

    Add in small bowl bhagar flour and water and make a slurry,deep tikkis in slurry and coated in amaranth flour,heat a pan add peanut oil and shallow fry tikkis both side.

    Shallow fry tikkis both side. And ready your neer phanas tikkis,serve i with red chilli chatani.
