Sev Tamatar nu Shak is a popular Gujarati dish made with sev (crunchy fried gram flour ), tomatoes, and spices. It's often served in dinner or lunch.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Let it splutter.

Then add asafoetida and chopped tomatoes. Mix well.

Now add all the spices mentioned above. Mix and cook it until oil release from the sides.

Then add water and boil it for 2 minutes.

Finally, switch off the flame and add sev into it. Mix it very well.

Serve hot with roti, papad,pickle, jaggery & salad.
