Today I have made a tasty healthy Quinoa salad. It's very easy simple quick recipe.
Steps

Wash the quinoa nicely for 4-5 times then soak them for 4-5 hours or overnight. Now cook in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.

Arrange all veggies pieces in one place. Take a bowl add, all ingredients of dressing, mix it well. Dressing is ready.

Take a bowl add all veggies pieces, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, and cooked quinoa, mix it properly.

Now add, prepared dressing mixture,mix it again. Salad is ready.

Healthy Quinoa Salad is ready to serve. Garnish with pomegranate pearl.

Tips
Veggies should be fresh.
