Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspOil
  2. 1 tspCumin seeds
  3. 1, finely chopped Green chili
  4. 1medium, sliced Onion
  5. 1 cupSweet corn
  6. 1small, diced Capsicum (bell pepper)
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 2 cupsCooked rice
  9. 1 tbspLemon juice
  10. 1/2 tspGaram masala

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

    Add green chili and onion. Sauté until onions are slightly golden.

    Add sweet corn and capsicum. Stir-fry lightly for 2-3 minutes.

    Add salt to taste. Mix well.

    Add cooked rice and lemon juice. Toss everything together.

    Sprinkle garam masala on top. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.

    Serve hot.
