Add the ingredients listed to make vegetable stock in a pressure cooker.Cook for 4 whistles.

Meanwhile,heat little sunflower/vegetable/olive oil in a pan.Add chopped onion,garlic and zuccini.Cook till the zuccini becomes soft.

(the onions shouldn't get brown).Remove from fire and let it cool down.Now grind it to a smooth paste.

Add this paste to the vegetable stock,sprinkle enough salt and cook till the soup gets the desired consistency.Add pepper powder and

Notes:If you like the soup to have a thick cocnsistency,mix 1 tspn cornflour in 1/4 cup of water,mix without lumps,and add to the soup.

Stir continuously till the soup gets a thick cocnsistency.
