Coriander Paratha (Kothimbir Paratha)

I had a great workout today morning, all that exercising put me in a mood for some parathas; since my battle with the weighing scale is still going on I had to avoid my regular’s – aloo paratha, paneer paratha, cheese paratha (stop! stop! am already salivating)
Then a brilliant plan comes to my mind, a complete win-win situation I can make a paratha and win the battle too!
I made these tasty coriander parathas, though they lacked the generous stuffing, accompanied with a curd and spicy mango-pickle they were just as good!
I ate these with stuffed capsicum (recipe coming soon), curd and mango pickle… hmmmmm just made my day!
