Take a bowl and add curd. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix everything well to make a smooth curd mixture. Wash the green chilies and chop them into small pieces. Heat oil in a kadhai.

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add chopped green chilies and sauté for 2–3 minutes. Pour in the prepared curd mixture and stir continuously.
Cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes until the gravy thickens and the flavors blend well. Serve hot with steamed rice, roti, or bajra roti. - 3
