Peppercorn Pork Loin and Pasta

I'm always looking for one pot (or pan) recipes. I especially like meat dishes where pasta is cooked with the meat. Ideally the pasta's texture is uneven (mostly soft, but some parts are crunchy), that's the way I like it.

I'm always looking for one pot (or pan) recipes. I especially like meat dishes where pasta is cooked with the meat. Ideally the pasta's texture is uneven (mostly soft, but some parts are crunchy), that's the way I like it.
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to bake at 350 fahrenheit.
- 2
Spread the Farfalle pasta evenly in a 12 by 9 baking pan
- 3
Pour the apple juice and the dry red wine into the pan. the liquid should cover the Farfalle pasta.
- 4
Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper of the pasta and liquid
- 5
Place the pork loin (longways) in the center of the baking pan
- 6
Add the cherry tomatoes evenly to each side of the pork loin.
- 7
Cut up the green bell pepper and onion into medium size pieces and place them evenly on each side of the pork loin
- 8
Sprinkle over the whole pan the garlic powder, oregano, and the remaining salt and pepper.
- 9
Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Note: I read the cooking instructions on the pork's package and add 10 minutes.
Tips
After 40 minutes I check that the pasta and pork are cooked. I recommend using a meat thermometer for the pork
