Ingredients

1medium octopus
vinegar
2bay leaves
oil
origanum

Steps

Clean the octopus. (Remove the beak and the eyes.)

Wash well and place in a pot. Do NOT add water.

Add enough vinegar and the bay leaves.

Let cook over medium heat till tender.

Cut into small pieces, and serve drizzled with oil and sprinkled with origanum.
