Ingredients

  • 2Gilt-head breams
  • salt (as much as you like)
  • 1 tbsporegano on each fish 
  • 2lemons cut into round slices
  • 2 clovesgarlic cut in half (1 clove for each fish) 
  • greaseproof paper 
  • about 1 cup (200 ml) lemonolado (olive oil and lemon dressing)

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and wash the fish. 

  2. 2

    Place the oregano, salt, oil and lemon dressing (about 4 tbsp), garlic in each fish doing the same with the lemon.

  3. 3

    Wrap them in the greaseproof paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
