  • 1 cupPeanutbutter
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 1Egg
  • 1 tspVanilla Extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350° F

  2. 2

    Combine all the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Roll the dough into balls the size of walnuts.

  4. 4

    Place the balls onto a baking sheet, then dip a fork into sugar and press a criss-cross disighn on each cookie.

  5. 5

    Bake for about 12 min. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.

  6. 6

    Makes about 15 cookies.
