Ingredients

1-portion
  • 35 - 40 gmspasta of your choice [Boil with enough salt as per instructions] ... .
  • 5 tbspsSauce of your choice ... .
  • 1/4 cupMozzarella cheese ... .
  • Salt pepper and .
  • of Optional dropshot sauce Few [.
  • Oil to line the ramekin .

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix the pasta sauce, half of the cheese, salt, pepper and hot sauce.

    Arrange the pasta in the lined ramekin like this.

    Now pour the sauce on top of this, try to push the sauce in the pasta as much as possible.

  4. 4

    Add the remaining cheese on top.

  5. 5

    Bake in a pre heated oven at 180C for 15 min and voila.

Since the kids are off living there lives the hardest thing I've come to know is how to cook for 2!!!! Still can't but with posting like yours we're learning!!!
