Ingredients

  1. 200 gsoaked Chana dal
  2. 2 tablespoonbesan
  3. 1big Chopped onion
  4. 8-10 clovesgarlic
  5. Few chopped ginger
  6. 2 tablespoonlemon juice
  7. leavesFew coriander
  8. 2chopped green chili
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First grind the soaked Chana Dal

  2. 2

    Take a bowl and put grind Chana dal

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients and mix well

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a kadai for deep frying

  5. 5

    Make small balls from Chana Dal mixture.

  6. 6

    Take a ball and shape like a peda

  7. 7

    Then fry it from both sides till golden brown.

  8. 8

    And remove from kadai.

  9. 9

    Serve it hot with green chatni.

  10. 10

    Perfect for evening snacks.
