Ingredients

  1. 19-inch Chocolate Pie Crust
  2. 2 packages(8oz) Cream Cheese
  3. 1/2 cupInternational Delight Salted Caramel Mocha Creamer
  4. 1/2 cupSugar
  5. 2 tspVanilla Extract
  6. 2Eggs

Cooking Instructions

    PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

    BLEND together cream cheese, creamer, sugar & vanilla until smooth. Blend in 2 eggs. Pour into 9-inch chocolate pie crust.

    BAKE for 35 to 45 minutes. Let cool & serve, or refrigerate until chilled. ENJOY!
