Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  3. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  4. 5-6 leavescurry leaves
  5. 1chopped green chilli
  6. 1 tspgaram dal
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. 1chopped onion
  9. 2-3 tsproasted peanuts
  10. 2-3 tsppeas
  11. 2-3chopped carrot
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. Chopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chilli,gram dal

    Then add onion

    Cook onion till light pink colour

    Now add carrot, peanut, pea and mix well

    Cover and cook for 3 min

  7. 7

    Add the rice, garam masala salt and mix well
