Cut the beef into cubes

Cut the vegetables into cube and crash the garlic

Add the oil in a saucepan onions and fry them to golden brown while coved

Add the tomatoes and garlic and fry for two minutes

Add the beef cubes and cover for some minutes

When golden brown add the salt to taste..and add the coriander (Dania)

Keep it warm till service time

Boil the water until boiling point

Add the flour en simmer it for some minutes

Mash the ugali till ready

Serve when hot with the fried beef
