No measuring needed here, I just chopped and mixed, I also added cucumber, radishes and one fresh jalapeno. I served it along side of my mexican red rice, and fried tilapia. BOMB BEEZY!!! :ohyeaah

although the receipe sounds good, i would like to point out that corn does not have much nutrutional value. One cup has about 489 mg of sodium to start. only 3gm of fiber. also corn has been genically modified which for me personally is an issue. one more thing although the label claims to have some nutritional value, i understand that you need to add lime to it to release those nutrients....just a thought folks

This is a great dish that has a lot of room for customisation. I added the jalapeno. Next time, I'll cut back on the cilantro. It's very aromatic, so be careful what you pair it with. I made it as a bed for pan seared tilapia and it was tasty.

Great recipe. Good for dipping or on top of grilled chicken. I made a few changes for my own tastes including roma tomatoes, more avocado, and a splash of red wine vinegar. But the original recipe is great too.

This dish has wonderful flavor and it is beautiful. In order to reduce the sodium I used frozen core (thawed). I think it would be fantastic with fresh corn. On my second batch I added fresh cran meat. Love it.

delicious and so easy! I used rotel tomatoes drained instead of cherry tomatoes and grilled fresh corn. I would use half a tsp of salt next time, still turned out great:-)

Very good side dish, but if you put the recommended teaspoon of cayenne pepper, you will melt your entire digestive system and may be a nuclear threat for a few days. Even 1/2 a teaspoon was too much for me. Start with a pinch and add more to taste.

Tasty, but too salty for me with present proportions. I used hot sauce instead of cayenne and just a couple of grinds of sea salt the second time I made it. Really good.

Made this today and it was delish. I used homemade sofrito, a dash of seasoning salt and black pepper. I served it over some romaine lettuce and skipped on the cayenne. My children even enjoyed it. Great substitute for dressing. Will do again. thx

We made this the other night love the healthy factor not so impressed with the flavor. Maybe the 1/4 cup of cilantro was too much. Served it warm as a topping to soft shell tacos and enjoyed it way more.
