Ingredients

  1. 1 mediumEgg
  2. 1 pinchBaking Powder
  3. 1Milk (Semi or Whole)
  4. 1Scoop of Protein Powder (any flavour)
  5. 2 tspCoconut Oil or Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in frying pan over a low to medium heat

  2. 2

    Mix all other ingredients with a hand mixer

  3. 3

    Add milk gradually to desired consistency

  4. 4

    Pour mix into frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes each side

  5. 5

    Top with whatever u fancy, honey, fruit, chocolate sauce if u r feeling naughty!

    I have protein powder every morning as part of a low carb diet. Having these pancakes makes a nice change. Enjoy! :-)
