Delicious and healthy snack for me and my family. They take awhile to bake, but the house smells incredible while you're making them. And having a mandolin slicer makes it easier, but isn't necessary.

These cookies are a flavorful chewy spice cookie with a burst of cinnamon from the delicious chips!

Our UK grocery stores don't sell cinnamon chips and the ones for sale on Amazon are like 30 bucks a bag! I managed to get some more cheaply on ebay but to be honest I wasn't really impressed with the flavour. Everybody knows I LOVE cinnamon and the more there is the happier I am! I think these have a much better cinammon flavour and they bake really well added into muffins etc

You can make this with any amount of apples or peels that you want/have. This recipe was made during one of my hardcore "zero waste" phases. We have a large family and many mouths to feed so I'm always trying to use every part of foods that I can and also it's good for the earth to waste less! Peeling apples one day and I thought to myself WHY waste these!? And my picky eater kids that made me peel the apples in the first place 🙄 because they dont want to eat the skin,... It's been a while since I've shared a recipe. This is great warmed for breakfast or as a tasty after dinner treat! Most moist bread I've ever made! My daughter ate half of the first loaf before it had time to cool lol

I seen this recipe on divas can cook. It was a big hit with all of my kids. I make this in the summer, when I find sales with fresh fruits. This was definitely all gone the same day it was made .

Stumbled across this very easy recipe on the Internet years ago and has been my go-to cake recipe ever since. Looks like nothing but it's as compulsively eatable as it is easy to make. Recipe presented as in the original except for the chocolate chips and pecans, which were by royal command of the girlfriend. And trust me, the chocolate chips are very much there, you just can't see them under the cinnamon crumb topping.
