As you can tel this was a mouthwatering dish I just had to share it with my cookpad community. I hope you try it too.

Boil 2½ cups of water for the rice.chop the 1carrot into cube.

When water is boiled add the rice cooking oil, ½of peas, salt and carrots.

Turn the heat to low and cover. Let the rice cook. Chop the ingredient as the rice cooks.

Chop 2 carrots into slices and grate the other 2 separately.

Boil the beef when the rice is cooked.

When beef is cooked make sure all water is finished then add onions and garlic.

Add cooking oil as you stir and after a little while add hoho and stir.

After a minute add tomatoes. Stir as they become tender.add carrots godget as you stir.

Add royco then add 1cup of water. Add salt and cover for 3-5 minutes then turn off heat.

For the salad mix the cabbage and grated carrots and also remaining dhania

Add mayoinaise and vinegar. Mix then serve.
