Ingredients

  1. 2 3/4 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 2 tspcream of tartar
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  6. 1 cupbutter - softened
  7. 2eggs
  8. 2 tspvanilla extract
  9. 1 tspalmond extract

Cooking Instructions

    Mix dry ing. Set aside. Beat sugar & butter in large mixing bowl.

    Add eggs - vanilla - almond ext. Gradually beat in dry ing. On low speed . Mix well. Refrigerate 2 hrs.

    Preheat oven to 350° . Shape dough into 1" balls. ( I used a # 40 scooper) . Roll into your sugar.

    Bake 6-8 min. Remove to wire rack. Cool...
