  1. Dry ingredients
  2. 6 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 2 cupdry milk powder
  4. 1 tbspsalt
  5. 1/4 cupbasil leaves fresh
  6. 2 tbsprosemary leaves fresh
  7. 2 tbsporegano leaves fresh
  8. 2 tbspsemolina flour
  9. 2 tbspwheat protein
  10. Yeast proof
  11. 4 tbspactive dry yeast
  12. 2 tbspgranulated sugar
  13. 2 1/2 cupwarm water
  14. 1/2 cupvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water to proof the yeast colonies.

    In mixing bowl combine dry ingredients

    Blend in oil until light and crumbly.

    Knead in yeast proof until smooth or about 8 minutes.

    Let rise 1 hour

  6. 6

    Punch down and roll out into 2 12x8 inch long rectangles. Roll up firmly like a log from the short end and place seam side down in loaf pan

    Bake 375°f for 35 minutes.
