  1. 2ripe Hass Avocados
  2. 2 tsplime juice
  3. 2 tbspcilantro (chopped)
  4. 1/4 cupred onion (finely chopped)
  5. 1/2jalapeño, including seeds (finely chopped)
  6. 1/4 tspkosher salt

    Choose the right avocado. It should feel squishy yet firm (like in the palm of your hand), and be a nice dark green color on the inside.

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit (carefully!)

  3. 3

    Scoop the avocado and place in a medium bowl.

  4. 4

    Toss and coat with lime juice.

  5. 5

    Add the salt and using a fork or potato masher, mash until smooth consistency is achieved.

    Fold in the remaining ingredients and mix well.

  7. 7

    Taste the guacamole (over and over) and adjust seasoning if necessary.
