Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupcurds
  2. 1/2 cupfresh or dried drumstick flowers
  3. 1finely chopped green chilli
  4. 1 teaspoongrated ginger
  5. 1 teaspoonchopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 teaspoongrated carrot (optional)
  7. pinchsalt
  8. pinchsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean all the sticks and leaves from the flowers.

  2. 2

    Wash it under running water.

  3. 3

    Drain the water.

  4. 4

    If it is dried flowers soak it for 5-6 hours.

  5. 5

    . Pressure cook by adding little water and give 2 whistles if fresh flowers and 4-5 whistles for dried flowers.

  6. 6

    . Drain the excess water and squeeze extra water from the flowers and keep it aside

  7. 7

    . In a big bowl, beat the curds,add salt and sugar..

  8. 8

    Add some water to adjust the consistency.

  9. 9

    . Mash the boiled drumstick flowers and add in the beaten curds.

  10. 10

    .Add ginger ; green chilli and coriander leaves.

  11. 11

    Serve cold.
