Steps

Beat the curds & keep aside.

Boil it by adding little water for 10mins.

Strain it in a seiver and keep it aside.

Take a serving bowl put lauki; beaten curds coriander leaves,salt, sugar & green chillies.

.Take mustard seeds grind it in a mixer or on Chakla/Rolling board.

Mix well and adjust the taste.

.Garnish raita with powdered mustard seeds...

Keep in the fridge for sometime and serve chilled.
