Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupchicken boneless, boiled & shredded
  • as needed broccoli florettes, blanched
  • as needed lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 1/2 cupcoloured bell peppers, sliced
  • 1small tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cupkabuli chana (white chickpeas)
  • 1 tbsp.lime juice
  • to tastesalt & pepper
  • as neededgreen chilies & coriander leaves to garnish
  • 1 tbsp.olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook the kabuli chana with 1 cup water for 5-6 whistles till soft. Drain and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now in a bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well. Your salad is ready. Serve, garnished with green chilies and coriander leaves.
