slice jalopenos making 2 from one

remove seeds

cook on medium heat till somewhat charred and turn oven on 350°F

remove. bow dice Bacon cook on medium. heat add onions let cook till onions are clear

now mix onions & Bacon and cream cheese now stuff your jalopenos with your mixture

place on foil and then transfer to baking sheet and cook on 350 until you see brown on top maybe 10 min

let cool and enjoy
