  • 1 kgchicken
  • 100 gramschillies
  • 75 mloil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric
  • 3 tbspcornflour
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take oil in a pan,heat it and add pounded chillies.Fry till brown.

  2. 2

    Add chicken,turmeric and salt,mix well n let it cool till done.

  3. 3

    Once the chicken is cooked add cornflour mixed in water with constant stirrijg

  4. 4

    Mix well n serve hot
