Cooking Instructions
- 1
Blend all together until smooth. Using the flour sifter, strain them to remove extra lump into a small hand pot
- 2
Heat up a flat pan or a non stick pan
- 3
You will need the mold to make the net thing. You can google up for the mold
- 4
Using the net bread mold, spread the mix on the hot pan in few but connected circling mode. The shape and look of the net can be vary. As long as it look like net, should be good enough for first-timer...Make mold by mold until the mix is finish and you should have about 20 pcs of them..more or less... :)
- 5
You can fold the net into triangle or roll them into a long / short stick shape. Serve hot with some gravy...traditionally we serve them with Mild Chicken Curry (You may try our family fav Mild Chicken Curry recipe but best to replace the chicken with boneless chicken which diced to a bite size...can be found in my profile...)
