1 canevap. milk
4eggs, beaten
1/3 cupsugar
1 tspvanilla
1/4 tspsalt

whisk all ingredients together.

pour mix into cups, place cups into pan with 1" hot water

bake 30-35 mins or until set.

refrigerate several hours. preheat broiler.put a teaspooon of brown sugar on top of each custard.

place on baking sheet, broil 5 mins it until tops are carmelized. refrigerate 10 min or until sugar crusts.
