Fill tortillas with beans, meat, and veggies. Roll each one fitting them snuggly in an 8×8 (or larger if you want a ton) casserole dish.

Pour can of enchilada sauce over tortillas until all are covered and swimming in sauce.

Bake for 25 minutes

Broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese on top is crispy
