  3. 2 tbspolive oil
  4. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tspchili powder
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 4 cupmixed nuts

    In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Add nuts; toss to coat.

    Spread onto 15 in x by 10 in x1in baking pan.

  3. 3

    Bake at 300 for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
