Heat the oil in apan on a medium flame.once hot add cumin seed and let them sizzle.

Add ginger garlic paste,chopped onion,tomato,green chilli saute for 3-4minutes.till the raw smell of ginger garlic goes away.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder.salt and corianderpowder.immediately stir it to avoid burning.mix it well

Now add boiled green peas.

Add cauliflower and mix it for 3-5 minutes.

Now add 1/2cup of water and cover the pan for approx 5minutes.till gobi is cooked all the way through

All the water is absorbed and you will have thick gravy.now turned off the flame

Now gobi mattar sabji is ready to serve.serve with roti and parantha
