Ingredients

  • 400 gramsChicken - boneless cut into cubes
  • 1 tbspMustard oil
  • 1Capsicum small cut into cubes
  • 1Onion cut into cubes
  • 1Tomato cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cupMarination Ingredients: Curd
  • 3 tspKashmiri Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspGaram Masala Powder
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1 tspPepper powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • ½ tspKasuri Methi crushed
  • 2 tspMustard Oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the marination ingredients in a bowl and mix nicely.

  2. 2

    Add the chicken to the mixture and keep aside for sometime. The longer marination the better. I kept for 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Heat a grill pan over gas top and layer the chicken pieces in single layer. 

  4. 4

    Grill them over on all sides on low-medium heat for about 15-20 mins. Flip them over occasionally.

  5. 5

    In the remaining marination mix the veggies and grill them for about 5 mins on high heat.

  6. 6

    Turn off and bring the chicken and veggies together. Pour the remaining mustard oil, mix well and serve.
