1 canbiscuits (mini works better)
16oz. jar of marinated artichokes, diced
1 cupfeta cheese
1 canmushrooms, diced
3/4 cupItalian blend cheese (parmesan or mozzarella will work also)

preheat to temperature on biscuit can, (usually 350° - 400°)

tear biscuits in half and shape into flat circles on a ungreased cookie sheet
3

blend together cheeses, artichokes and mushrooms
4

take about a Tbs of artichoke mixture and top on top of biscuits, push ingredients into biscuits slightly
5

bake for 9-11 min until biscuits are browned and cheese is melted
