Cafe de olla con cardamom
Another taste adventure inspired by my hubby Salvadoreño.
Steps

Bring to boil the water in saucepan.

Grind cardamom in coffee grinder.

Add the coffee & cardamom to saucepan. Bring back to boil then remove from heat & stir

Repeat step 3 two more times then stir & let coffee settle 1 minute

To serve, pour into cup gently thru tight mesh colander careful not to stir up too many grounds from the bottom of the pan.

Prepare as usual. Add your touch of creamer but do Take the extra moment to enjoy the exotic flavor combination with all your senses.
