Take a ball size from dough roll it with the help of rolling pin stuff the dates roll round it and cut the extra portion.

Colour it on your choice.it is not necessary but only decorating.

I make this recipe all the time and it always turns out great. It makes 3 or 4 batches of cookies, so the whole recipe takes like 3 hours, but you can just make one batch and put the remaining batter in the freezer for another day :)I also switch the recipe a lot, for example I used lemon zest and juice instead of chocolate, or cocoa and white chocolate, or dates and raisins and nuts.
