Mix water and curd. Take a bowl add besan, ginger chili paste, termeric, salt, lemon juice and lastly mix curd, mix them well. Check the thickness and no lumps.

Take a thali and grease it with some oil.

Take a thick pan and pour besan mixture into and stir it continuously. After 16-20 minutes it's ready to make patti.

Take greased thali and pour this mixture over the thali. Make a thick layer. Leave for 10 minutes.

Then take a pan add some oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves. When all the things crackle then pour it over the khandvi patti.

Cut it into pieces as you like. Then garnish with coriander leaves and coconut.
