2Chapatis cut in flat noodles shape
2 TspOil for frying
1/2 cupCapsicum cut in Julian
2 tspCarriot cut in long
1 tspGarlic chopped
2 tspOnion chopped
1/2 tspChilli flakes
Salt. As required
2 tspTomato sauce
1/2 TspChilli sauce
1 tspCoriander leaf
1 tspOrigeno
2 tspCheese

Cut the chapatis in flat noodles shape.fry it crispy in some oil.

It can be baked also.

Leftovers chapatis will be good for this.

In a Heat pan add oil. Put garlic sauty it.add all chopped veggies.

Sautey them.

Add sauce,salt,chilli flax.

Mix it well.add crisps chapati noodles.stir it 1 miniute.

Remove it from the flam. Add cheese & coriander leaf.

Now noodles are ready to pack in the tiffin's.
