Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsLEAN ground turkey
  2. 2eggs lightly beaten
  3. 1 cupfinely chopped vegetables (carrots, broccoli,...)
  4. 1-2 clovesfresh garlic pressed or minced
  5. 1/2 cuprolled oats (NOT INSTANT)
  6. 1/4 cupmilk or ketchup
  7. 1 TbspTbls cumin
  8. 1 TbspTbls garlic powder
  9. 2 tspturmeric
  10. 2 tspor eyeball, ground black pepper
  11. 2 tsponion powder (add more if needed)
  12. sprinklecayenne pepper
  13. pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F

    Mix all ingredients until well incorporated

    Either smooth out in 9x13 casserole dish and bake for 1 hour or....

  4. 4

    Using a spoon or your hands make individual loaves "footballs" on a lined cookie sheet this recipe yields 9 single serving loaves. Bake for 30-35 minutes

  5. 5

    **optional** before baking spread ketchup over the top
