Paneer butter masala is very smoth silky shiny.

Start by making a puree of onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, tomato and keep it aside.

Take a pan and bring it to medium heat

Add the whole puree and cook 2-3mins

Add haldi powder, dhania powder and garam masala powder. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add cream or grounded cashewnut in water to give a creamy texture

Cook for five minutes on low flame

Add paneer to the gravy and cookfor five minutes on low flame

Add butter when it is hot

Your paneer butter masal is ready.
