Take 1 kg milk and boil it....

Take another 1 kg milk in another container and reduce till it's 60 %

Meanwhile cut your pistacio kaju and almond in flakes

When the first miLk in boiled. cool it and add lemon juice in it for making chena

Strain it in a muslim cloth and you can use the remaning water as stock

Leave the chena for being cold

When it's cooled down

Mash it nicely for 5 min

Take a pan and add sugar and water in it to make sugar syrup

Now your second milk is reduced to 60% now add half off your dry fruits in it with kesar strings and sugar and allow to cook

Now make balls from your chena and cook it in it sugar syrup for 15 min

After 15 min.... take out chena balls from sugar syrup and add it to your milk...

Garnish with pistacio almond and cashew nuts
