Hi Friends...my son just love Manchurian...but did not like to use maida...so always thinking of the other option...and by experimenting...I made veg Manchurian with use of leftover rice and believe me he didn't differentiate it...

Hi Friends...my son just love Manchurian...but did not like to use maida...so always thinking of the other option...and by experimenting...I made veg Manchurian with use of leftover rice and believe me he didn't differentiate it...

For Manchurian balls: in cooked rice mix all the ingredients...make a dough.. grease your palm with oil and make ball of it...

Then deep fry the balls in frying pan.

For gravy: put oil in pan add the chopped veggies and satue for 3 mins.. then put Ginger paste add water..when water boils... dissolve corn flour in cold.. and put in the water..now add vinegar/lemon juice, soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt to taste..when the gravy got thick...add the Manchurian balls mix it..then lastly garnish it with fresh chopped Coriander.

Tips: Jain do not use onion, garlic ginger, carrot...in Regular add all ingredients..you can change the quantity of ingredients according to your taste..in regular you can avoid black pepper powder to lessen spicyness..do try and serve it hot..you can also use only balls as fitters or starter with fresh Coriander chutney and tomato sauce..
