Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgPotatoes
  • 1 ltrOil
  • 1 tbsButter
  • 1 tbsTumeric
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your potatoes into quarters

  2. 2

    Put in a bowl and add tumeric to rest for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    On a medium heat put oil and heat

  4. 4

    Deep fry your potatoes to done.

  5. 5

    On a separate pan heat butter and saute your potatoes,

  6. 6

    Season with a pinch of salt and serve with a sauce of your choice.
