Ingredients

  • 200grm spaghetti
  • 3medium potatoes
  • 3medium onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Boiled njahi
  • 1medium tomato
  • 1medium gorget
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add sliced potatoes tomatoes and gorget and cook for a minute while stirring to avoid burning

  3. 3

    Add njahi salt to taste and enough water for spaghetti

  4. 4

    Let it boil then add spaghetti

  5. 5

    Cook for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve while hot
